Step 1:
Download one theme from the list on the left.

Step 2:
Unzip and untar your downloaded theme:
gzip -d themename.tar.gz
tar -xvof themename.tar

Step 3:
Copy that three files into your Monzai themes directory:
cp *.gif /path/to/monzai/images/themes/

Step 4:
Log in to your Monzai management station via browser and surf to
admin->themes

Step 5:
Select your new theme and reload your Monzai page!
